“Grindeks” additional shares to be listed on the RSE I-list



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of June 22, 2005 to list, starting with June 29, 

2005, 1,850,000 JSC “Grindeks” common bearer voting shares on the RSE I-list. Nominal value 

is LVL 1; ISIN code LV0000100659. 



The newly issue shares are fungible with the existing ones, and the holders are entitled to 

dividend on the next payment date.



The RSE trading code remains GRD1R and SAXESS order book technical ID 24415; standard lot size 

is 500. 



Subsequent the listing of additional shares, 6,245,600  JSC “Grindeks” shares will be listed 

on the RSE I-list. 



The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on June
