ABOUT DELISTING OF HANSAPANK SHARES



According to decision of TSE Listing and Surveillance Committee of 9 June 

2005, the shares of AS Hansapank will be delisted from the TSE Main List 

on 1 July 2005. Thus, the shares of AS Hansapank are traded via the trading 

system of the Tallinn Stock Exchange for the last day today, on 30 June 2005.
