JSC "NORD/LB Latvija" to sell the office building to AS "MĒS LIEPĀJAI"  



JSC "NORD/LB Latvija" has signed an agreement with AS "MĒS LIEPĀJAI" regarding selling of 

real estate located at 6 Smilšu Street, Riga.

The transaction formalities are being processed in order to close the deal, including 

providing the documents to architecture monument supervisory body, which may consider 

exercising its pre-emptive right to buy the building.
