TERMINATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD



Today the state commissioning of the apartment building located in the center of

Riga and developed by A/S Eldikrija, the daughter company of AS Fenniger, took

place. Next week A/S Eldikrija will start the inventarisation process of the

apartments and business premises and thereafter it will be able to commence the

sale of the apartments. A/S Eldikrija is expecting to start the sale of the

apartments approximately within three months.
