CONCERNING RECALL OF THE BOARD AND APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW BOARD



On 4 Luly 2005, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Rytų skirstomųjų tinklų AB

was held which resolved as follows:

1 To elect Anicetas Ignotas Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

2 To recall the members of the Board of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai AB.

3 The Supervisory Board of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai AB re-elected the same members of the Board: 

Rimantas Jonas Kazlauskas, Rimantas Milišauskas, Rimvydas Rukšėnas, Nijolė Sabonienė ir Algimantas Zaremba.
