On the registration of the Prospectus for the new shares issuance   



On the 7 July, 2005 Securities Commission of the Republic of 

Lithuania has registered Prospectus of AB "Sanitas” for issuance 

of new 408 941 common registered shares with par value of  5 LTL.

Copy of the Prospectus in Lithuanian language is available in the
