About acquisition of JSC " Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība" shares



According to “Law of Financial Instruments Market ”, article 61., Mārtiņš

Kvēps informs that on 30.06.2005. he has acquired 249 530 (two hundred

forty nine thousand five hundred and thirty) JSC “Strenču mežrūpniecības

saimniecība” (SMR1R) shares. After the deal, Mārtiņš Kvēps owns 306 960

(three hundred and six thousand nine hundred and sixty) JSC “Strenču

mežrūpniecības saimniecība” shares. Total amount of JSC “Strenču

mežrūpniecības saimniecība” shares Mārtiņš Kvēps owns on 05.07.2005. is

33.2 percent of JSC “Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība” shares with voting

rights.
