New issue of Sanitas AB was subscribed and fully paid



On July 14 2005 new issue of Sanitas AB 408941 

ordinary registered shares with nominal value of 5 LTL 

was subscribed and fully paid. From July 15, 2005 shares of 

new issue will be assimilated with AB „Sanitas“ shares listed 

in current trading list of VSE (ISIN code LT0000106171).
