Trading in securities of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB will be suspended



On July 21, 2005, trading in ORS of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (securities code 

12638) will be suspended until the day of correction of the general securities

account in the Central Depository.

Paragraph 15.6 of the Stock Exchange Trading Rules (Decrease of the authorised 

capital by pro rata reduction of the number of shares held by each shareholder).
