AB Šiaulių bankas    Report about essential event            19 July 2005



 Šiaulių bankas has alloted a bond issue



 On 18 July 2005 Šiaulių bankas completed the placement of 366 days'  bond  issue

 of LTL 20m nominal value. There were issued 200.000 registered bonds at 3,4 percent

 interest rate. Bonds were sold at 96,66 LTL price, on 19 July  2006  bank  will

 redeem them at nominal value - 100 LTL. The bonds  will  be  listed  on  Vilnius 

 Stock Exchange.
