DELISTING OF BALTI INVESTEERINGUTE GRUPP BONDS



According to Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) managing director's decision

from July 20, 2005, bonds of AS Balti Investeeringute Grupp (BIGB000005)

will be delisted from TSE Bonds List on Tuesday, July 26, 2005, due to

redemption of the bonds. AS Balti Investeeringute Grupp bonds are traded

through the TSE trading system for the last day on Monday, July 25, 2005.

 

AS Balti Investeeringute Grupp will close the list of bondholders for

redemption payments on July 29, 2005 at 8:00 a.m.
