Amendments to Parex Austrumeiropas Obligāciju fonds fund Prospectus 



The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to the 

prospectus of open-ended investment fund Parex Austrumeiropas Obligāciju 

fonds on July 14, 2005. The changes will be effective as of September 1, 

2005. 

Amendments to the prospectus:

1.	The name of the fund has been changed to Parex Eastern European 

Bond Fund, in Latvian Parex Austrumeiropas Obligāciju fonds.

2.	The prospectus is now fully compliant with UCITS Directive 

85/611/EC and to the European Commission Recommendation No. 2004/384/EC.

3.	Procedure for Sale and Redemption of Investment Certificates has 

been changed.

4.	Determination of the Investment-Related Risks of the Fund.

5.	Exact definition of the methods and procedures for determining the 

Fund’s net asset value.

These changes have no impact on the investment portfolio of the fund and 

the fund’s investors. The prospectus of Fund is published on the Internet 

pages of the Riga Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com) and JSC “Parex 

ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība” (www.parex.lv).
