Interim results for the first six months of 2005



In June 2005, Grigiskes AB, the largest Lithuanian producer of wood fibre board

and sanitary and daily use paper products, earned a profit of LTL 751 thousand

(EUR 217,500). It was by 27.5% more than for the corresponding month in 2004,

when the company's profit stood at LTL 589.1 thousand (EUR 170,615).



During the first six months of the current year, the company earned a profit of

LTL 4,233 thousand (EUR 1,225,960), which is by 14.9% more than for the

corresponding period in 2004 when it was LTL 3,683.7 thousand (EUR 1,066,870).



During June 2005, the company sold goods and rendered services for LTL 8,841

thousand (EUR 2,560,530), which is by 7.5% more than for the corresponding month

in 2004, when the company sold goods and rendered services for LTL 8,221

thousand (EUR 2,380,970). During the six months of the current year Grigiskes AB

sold goods and rendered services for LTL 50,459 thousand (EUR 14,613,940), which 

is by 3.7% more than for the corresponding period in 2004 when the company sold 

products and services for LTL 48,641 thousand (EUR 14,087,410).
