Tender offer for Zaibas AB Shares



From July 26, 2005, a mandatory tender offer to buy Zaibas AB ORS 

(ISIN codes LT0000127300 and LT0000127318) is launched. The closing date 

for execution of the tender offer is August 24, 2005. The price per share is LTL 4.13.
