Election of the new Chairman of the Board



On 11 August 2005, a meeting of the Board of Vilniaus Degtine AB was held 

which resolved as follows:

1.To recall the Chairman of the Board of Vilniaus Degtine AB – Raimundas Chichirka; 

2.To elect the new Chairman of the Board of Vilniaus Degtine AB - Darius Zaromskis.
