REMOVAL OF A MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



Today the Supervisory Council of Saku Õlletehase AS decided to recall Marko Loos

from the Management Board of the company starting from 09 September 2005 due to

his leaving from the position of Logistics Director.



CEO of Saku Õlletehase AS proposed to appoint Janno Veskimäe, who is currently

employed as a BBH Baltic's business controller and the supervisory council member

of Saku Õlletehase AS, as a new Logistics Director in order to join a strong know-

how from the group level. Accordingly it was decided to call a special general

meeting of shareholders in order to make it possible for Janno Veskimäe to step

back from the supervisory council member's position and afterwards start in the

company as Logistics Director on executive management level.



Marko Loos has worked for Saku Õlletehas as Logistics Director since December

1996.



Janno Veskimäe works as business controller in BBH Baltic's since 2004 July. From

July 2002 till July 2004 he worked as BBH Ukraine business analyst. From June

2001 till July 2002 he worked as BBH Baltic's business analysts.
