JSC “Latvijas Gaze” information about the State Energy Control Inspectorate’s controls in Company



On 22 September 2005 the Ministry of Economics announced that the State 

Energy Control Inspectorate has stated violations in exploitation departments 

of JSC “Latvijas Gaze” – “Incukalns Underground Gas Storage” and “ Gas 

Transport” and that these violations have to be inspected by the Public 

Utilities Commission. JSC “Latvijas Gaze” considers these reproaches as 

incorrect. The reproaches will be reviewed within two weeks and after the 

review JSC “Latvijas Gaze” will provide more detailed information about the 

stated violations.
