JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” share buyback offer application filed with FCMC



Financial and Capital Market Commission on September 26, 2005 received JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” 

share buyback offer application from bank “Snoras”, at a price LVL 3.15 per share. Company 

shareholders may respond to the offer within thirty-five calendar days after the notice has been 

published in the official newspaper “Latvijas Vēstnesis”. The offer becomes valid only subsequent 

to the approval by Financial and Capital Market Commission.
