LISTING OF LHV ILMARISE KINNISVARAPORTFELLI OÜ BONDS



On October 4, 2005 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing and Surveillance 

Committee decided to satisfy application of LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ

and to list 131,292 bonds on the TSE Bonds List.



Additionally the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing and Surveillance Committee

decided to satisfy LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ application for exception

from requirements set in TSE Rules, chapter Listing Rules p. 9.1. and 9.2.,

which say that an Issuer applying for the first listing of debt securities shall

have been engaging in its main field of activity for at least two (2) years and

shall submit to the Exchange the audited annual reports for the two (2) preceding

financial years.



 

The first listing day of the bonds is the sixth stock exchange day 

(inclusive) after the decision is made public, i.e. the sixth stock exchange 

day following the publication of corresponding announcement via TSE information

system. Thus altogether 131,292 bonds of LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ 

(ISIN: EE3300074806) will be traded on the TSE Bonds List starting 13.10.2005.
