Concluding a contract



Last week was enforced a construction contract between SIA Merks and SIA RED

Projects and as a result the eight-storey office building will be built in

Skanstes street, Riga.



Total sum of the contract is LVL 4,712,000 (excluding VAT) and the works

shall be completed by October 2006.



1 LVL = 22,425 EEK

1 EUR = 15,647 EEK
