THE RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR Q3 2005



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

for Quarter 3 2005 were 556.8 million kroons (35.6 million euros) that is 48%

higher than the gross sales of the same period last year when the sales were

376.9 million kroons (24.1 million euros).



The unaudited gross sales for nine months were 1 480.9 million kroons (94.6

million euros), growing 41% over the last year.



In Q3 the average monthly sales per square meter of sales area were 6.2 thousand

kroons (0.4 thousand euros), showing a 19% increase over the same period last

year. The main sources for growth were the increase in number of new customers

and a successful expansion of the chain in current year.



In Q3 the number of purchases in Selver chain was 4.6 million, growing 47%

percent over the last year.
