Acquisition of Mazeikiai Power Plant shares



Having concluded a Purchase-Sale Contract of Mazeikiai Power Plant 

shares with the State enterprise State Property Fund on October 12, 

2005, AB "Mažeikių nafta" acquired 24 612 296 ordinary registered 

shares of Mazeikiai Power Plant with the nominal value of 1 litas 

each, which make 85.72 percent of all company’s share capital with 

voting rights.
