Interim results for September 2005



On September 2005 AB "GRIGISKES", the largest manufacturer of hardboards and

sanitary household paper, sold products and rendered services for LTL 8,781

thousand (EUR 2,543 thousand). Compared to September 2004, sales of the Company

increased by 3.3%. On September 2004 the Company sold products and rendered

services for LTL 8,497 thousand (EUR 2,461 thousand).



Over nine months this year, sales of AB "GRIGISKES" reached LTL 75,828 thousand

(EUR 21,961 thousand), which is by 5.2 % more than for the corresponding period

in 2004, when sales and services amounted LTL 72,104 thousand (EUR 20,883

thousand).



Over nine months this year the company earned a profit of LTL 6,210 thousand

(EUR 1,799  thousand). For the same period of 2004 the profit of the company

was LTL 6,159 thousand (EUR 1,784 thousand).



On September 2005 the company earned LTL 724 thousand (EUR 210 thousand)

profit. On September 2004 the profit of the company was LTL 852 thousand

(EUR 247 thousand).
