Results for the third quarter and nine months of 2005 (in euro)

On 18 October 2005, the Board of AB Lietuvos Telekomas approved unaudited
financial statements of Lietuvos Telekomas’ Group for the third quarter and
nine months of 2005 prepared according to International Financial Reporting
Standards.

- During the third quarter of 2005 revenue went up by 2.1 per cent to
52.6 million euro over the revenue of 51.5 million euro a year ago.
Total revenue for nine months of 2005 was also higher by 0.7 per cent
than year ago and amounted to 157.1 million euro (156.1 million euro in 2004).

- Operating expenses for nine months of 2005 continuously went down
by 2.7 per cent and amounted to 80.5 million euro (82.8 million euro in 2004).

- EBITDA for the nine months’ period went up by 4.2 per cent to 77.7 million
euro (74.5 million euro in 2004) and EBITDA margin was 49.4 per cent
(47.8 per cent in 2004).

- Profit before profit tax for January - September of 2005 was 23.2 million
euro (9 million euro in 2004) and net profit for the period amounted to
17.6 million euro, an increase by 2.4 times over 7.5 million euro during
the same period a year ago.

- Net cash flow after investment activities for the nine months’ period of 2005
increased by 44.4 per cent and amounted to 61.1 million euro (42.3 million euro
in 2004). In spite of payout of dividends (29.3 million euro) cash and cash
equivalents during January – September of 2005 increased by 29.2 million euro
while in 2004 decreased by 20.9 million euro.

- Investments for nine months of 2005 amounted to 12.5 million euro
(13 million euro in 2004).
