Court Judgment



On 19/10/2005 was the meeting of The Lithuanian Supreme Court concerning fine

adjustment from JSC "Kauno energija" on behalf of JSC "Lietuvos dujos". At this

meeting it was deciced to abolish the judgment of Lithuanian Supreme Appeal Court

and to leave valid the judgment of Kaunas District Court: "To ignore the claim part

for 20.055.480,13 Lt fine adjustment of the claimant joint stock 

company "Lietuvos dujos"".
