“Lavinia Corporation” reports obtaining an indirect holding in JSC “Rīgas Transporta flote” 

in the following manner: “Belmondo Corporation”, its 100% owned daughter company, on October 

19, 2005 acquired all shares in companies “Fishfriends Corp. S.A.” and “Roundtable International 

Inc.”, shareholders of JSC “Rīgas Transporta Flote”. Thus “Lavinia Corporation” indirectly has 

obtained 19,896,750 votes in “Rīgas Transporta Flote”, or, 85.35% of voting shares.
