TOPICS OF AS TALLINNA VESI SUPERVISORY COUNCIL MEETING



The Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi met on 25th of October, to

discuss the following:



- AS Tallinna Vesi Management Report on 3rd quarter operational results

- Financial results for 3rd quarter

- Re-financing of existing loan facilities

- Nomination of Independent Supervisory Council member candidates (Helo Meigas,

Valdur Laid) and approval of the Agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting of

the Shareholders

- Internal Audit Report



The members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Jim Southworth (Chairman

of the Supervisory Council), David Kilgour, Joakim Forsberg, Marion Price and

Jüri Ratas, Siim Roode and Toivo Tootsen as the members appointed by the City of

Tallinn. Siim Roode and Toivo Tootsen did not attend Supervisory Council

Meeting.
