1. Draft resolution on agenda item “Revoking of Supervisory Board”

Subsequent to resignation of Supervisory Board member Tatjana Vaļikova, to revoke the 

remaining board members: Davids Khefets, Valērijs Belokoņs, Aleksandrs Iļčenko, Vladimirs 

Zļenko.

2. Draft resolution on agenda item “Elections of Supervisory Board”

Nominees to Supervisory Board by shareholders “Finance&Trade Group” and “IIB Investment”: 

Davids Khefets, Valērijs Belokoņs, Marina Černova, Aleksandrs Iļčenko, Vladimirs Zļenko.

Shareholder Igors Surkovs has nominated himself as a candidate to Supervisory Board member 

position.
