1.The Board of AB “Utenos trikotažas” has approved results of activities for 9 months

of 2005. According to the International Financial Reporting Standards inaudited net 

profit 10,313 thous. LTL (2,987 thous. EUR). Sales – 95,240 thous. LTL (27,583 thous. EUR).



2.The Board of AB “Utenos trikotažas” decided to guarantee a credit for 3,5 million EUR, 

concentrated to a daughter enterprise JSC “MKF Mriya” from a subsidiary bank JC bank Agio 

in Ukraine of SEB Vilniaus bank.
