Apranga APB Group turnover of the first ten months of 2005

The turnover of Apranga APB Group, the leader of retail trade of clothes in
Lithuania, in October 2005 first time in companies history exceeded the limit
of LTL 20 million (EUR 5.8 million) and was LTL 23 640.3 thousand
(EUR 6 846.7 thousand) or by 34.3% more than in corresponding period of
previous year (LTL 17 605.2 thousand or EUR 5 098.8 thousand). The absolute
record of Apranga APB Group single month turnover was exceeded by 23.1%.
The absolute records Apranga APB Group achieved both in Lithuania and in
Latvia and in Estonia markets.
The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga APB Group during the first
ten month of 2005 was LTL 161 400.8 thousand (EUR 46 744.9 thousand) and
increased by 51.7% over corresponding period in 2004 (LTL 106 422.4 thousand
or EUR 30 822.1 thousand).
The turnover of Apranga APB Group in Lithuania during the first ten months
of 2005 was LTL 105 278.9 thousand (EUR 30 490.9 thousand) and increased by
29.6%. The turnover in foreign markets was LTL 56 121.9 thousand
(EUR 16 254.0 thousand) and increased 2.2 times.
At the present time Apranga APB Group manages the chain of 45 stores and
till the end of year is planning to open 8 new stores.
The General Meeting of the company which will be held on 2 December 2005 is
intended to increase the authorized capital out of the company's funds from
LTL 8 822 990 (EUR 2 555 315) to LTL 35 291 960 (EUR 10 221 258) by issuing
additionally 26 468 970 of shares with nominal value of LTL 1 (EUR 0.28962)
of 1 share and passing them for free to shareholders in proportions to the
nominal value of shares owned on the date of the General Meeting which adopts
resolution to increase the authorized capital.
