On November 10, 2005, trading in ORS of Sanitas AB (ISIN code LT0000106171, 

Ticker: SAN1L) will be suspended until the day of correction of the general securities 

account in the Central Depository.

Section 15.6.5. of the Stock Exchange Trading Rules (reduction of the nominal value of 

shares by proportionally increasing the number of shares).
