JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” reports the results of share buyback 



JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” share buyback offer expired at 15:00 on November 8, 2005. There has 

not been any single response from shareholders. Consequently, after close of the buyback the 

number of shares held by Bank Snoras remains unchanged and is 7,559,368.
