Trading in securities of Apranga APB will be suspended



Trading in ORS of Apranga APB (ISIN code: LT0000102337, Ticker: APG1L) will be suspended 

from 29-11-2005. Trading will be renewed by a separate decision after the company announces 

through the information system of the VSE about the material event regarding the decisions 

taken at the meeting of shareholders.

Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 2005-12-02 ). 

Increase of the authorized capital out of reserves.
