RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 30, 2005 to list, starting with 

December 6, 2005, 2,000  JSC “Parex ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība” closed-end investment 

fund units on the RSE Investment fund list. Nominal value is EUR 1,000. Fund asset value 

is EUR 2 million. ISIN code is LV0000400224, the RSE trading code is PXSBHYFR and SAXESS 

order book technical ID is 32422.

The asset management company of the fund is “Parex ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrība”. The 

issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission and is
