On changes in the Council of the JSC “Baltic Trust Bank”



The Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the JSC elected a new Council of 

the Bank composed of seven members.



The Meeting dismissed the Council Member Sergey Kuzmin from his position.



Oleg Boiko, Andrey Desyatnikov, Vadim Naumenko and Saveliy Semyonov were 

elected to the Council again.



Three new members Igor Kim, John MC Naughton and Mikhail Parinov were elected 

to the Council.
