Supervisory Board appointed members to the Committee



On December 6, 2005, the Supervisory Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) 

appointed members to the Listing and Surveillance Committee of TSE. 

The Listing and Surveillance Committee has eight members and they are 

appointed for tenure of three years:  



Erkki Raasuke - Hansapank, Chairman of Management Board 

Riho Rasmann - SBM Bank, Chairman of Management Board 

Kalle Norberg - Luxembourg Financial Services Group, Partner

Sven Papp - Raidla & Partners Law Firm, Partner

Indrek Rahumaa - Alta Capital, Chairman of Supervisory Board; 

                 Klementi, Chairman of Supervisory Board

Mart Habakuk - EBS, Chairman of Supervisory Board; HRV Kapital

Aare Tammemäe - Nordea Pank, Head of Corporate Banking

Janno Luurmees - Bank of Estonia, Head of Financial Market Dept.



Duties of the Committee include listing, admission to trading, delisting 

and, under TSE Rules, surveillance over listed companies and member firms, 

including imposing sanctions. The Supervisory Board of TSE previously 

appointed the Committee members on December 13, 2002.
