LOAN REPAYMENT



AS Fenniger informs that AS Eldikrija, the daughter company of AS Fenniger,

repaid on 7 December 2005 to AS Hansabanka the loans taken for the financing of

the apartment/office building under the development carried out by AS Eldikrija

in Riga. The outstanding amount of the loan upon the moment of repayment and thus

the amount repaid to the bank was 4,37 million lats. AS Eldikrija applied

yesterday (8.December) for the deletion of the mortgage.
