In compliance with the Vilnius 1st District Court ruling (No 2-12977-110/2005) dated December 8, 2005, 

by which the enforcement of the June 10, 2005 decision of the Board of the Exchange Regarding delisting 

of Lisco Baltic Service AB from the I-List as of December 10, 2005 on request of the issuer itself is 

suspended till the court order in this civil case becomes binding, to continue listing of the securities 

concerned on the Exchange: Lisco Baltic Service PVA (ISIN code: LT0000125981, Ticker: LBS1L)
