ORDER OF SPREADING OF THE SHARES OF THE NEW EMMISION



  JSC “ALYTAUS TEKSTILĖ”,  company code 149698775, Pramonės g.1, Alytus.

Extraordinary shareholders meeting held on December 14 2005 has made a decision of 

amplification of the authorized Capital, issuing 7 542 624 pcs of 1 Litas nominal

value of ordinary shares of AB “ALYTAUS TEKSTILĖ” share issue. 

  Start of the shares spreading 2005-12-16 . End of the shares spreading 2005-12-29.  

  Spreading period – 14 (fourteen) days from the start of the spreading of the shares. 

The priority to buy the shares have shareholders of AB “ALYTAUS TEKSTILĖ”,

who have the priority right to buy new shares according to the volume of the

shares they own for 2005-12-14, using coefficient 0,16218962565 

  The new shares can be only payed by cash into company‘s account which is indicated 

in share signment contract.

  Signing of the new shares will be held at AB “ALYTAUS TEKSTILĖ” headquarters, 

505 cab., working days, from 8,30 till 16,00., Fridays from 8,30 till 15,00,
