Sales of the immovables



AS Klementi signed a contract for sales-purchase of

registered immovables belonging to AS Klementi



On 15 December 2005, AS Klementi signed a sales-purchase

contract with Baltek Arendus OÜ for sale of the following

registered immovables of AS Klementi:

Akadeemia tee 33 – office building, total area of the

immovable 1,932 square metres;

Kadaka tee 179 – production building, total area of the

immovable 8,937 square metres;

Kadaka tee 179A – logistics and storehouse, total area of

the immovable 2,328 square metres.



AS Klementi will continue its daily operations on the

foregoing premises under a long-term lease signed between

AS Klementi and Baltek Arendus OÜ at an average rent of

20 EEK per square metre. The lease term is three years

and the contract is renewable.



The registered immovables were sold for the total price

of 53 million EEK, which is payable immediately.



As a result of the given transaction AS Klementi will

earn additional income of 16.6 million EEK in the fourth

quarter of 2005.
