Regarding trading days



The Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) will be closed on December 27, 2005 and January 2, 2006.



In the light of amendments of the Labor Code of Lithuania as of December 20, 2005, stating that if 

holidays coincide with weekly rest days, the weekly rest days shall be provided on the workdays 

following the mentioned holidays, the VSE will be closed on December 27, 2005 and January 2, 

2006. Those days will be excluded form the settlement cycle. Settlement days of trades performed 

on December 21 and 22 will be shifted to December 28 and 29, accordingly.
