NORD/LB Girozentrale on decrease in indirect holding in A/S NORD/LB Latvija



Herewith Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale informs that on December 20, 2005, 

Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale sold 51% of the shares of Bank DnB NORD A/S 

(formerly NORD/LB Holding, registration no. 28691947), being owner of 99.76% of 

A/S NORD/LB Latvija (unified registration no. 40003024725) share capital, to 

DnB NOR Bank ASA, Oslo (registration no. 984851006).



Accordingly the indirect holding of NORD/LB Girozentrale in A/S NORD/LB Latvija 

decreased from 99.76% till 48.88% of A/S NORD/LB Latvija share capital.
