Trading in securities of Ukio Bankas AB will be renewed



On December 28, 2005, trading in securities of Ukio Bankas AB (LT0000102352  UKB1L) 

will be renewed.

At the shareholders' meeting it was decided to reduce the nominal value of shares by 

proportionally increasing the number of shares. 

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the 

company by additional contributions.
