DnB NOR Bank ASA informs on btaining indirect holding in A/S NORD/LB Latvija



Herewith DnB NOR Bank ASA would like to inform that on December 20, 2005, 

DnB NOR Bank ASA, Oslo, (reg. No. 984851006) acquired 51% of the shares of 

Bank DnB NORD A/S (formerly NORD/LB Holding, reg. no. 28691947), being owner 

of 99.76% of A/S NORD/LB Latvija (unified reg. no. 40003024725) share capital, 

from Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale.



Accordingly DnB NOR Bank ASA obtained the indirect holding in A/S NORD/LB 

Latvija in amount of 50.88% of A/S NORD/LB Latvija share capital.
