About amendments to Parex Eastern European Balanced Fund fund Prospectus



The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to the 

prospectus of open-ended investment fund Parex Eastern European Balanced Fund 

on December 20, 2005. Amendments are in force starting January 21, 2006. 

As to amendments taken: 

1.	The asset management company has been changed, for licensed rendering 

of investment services and state pension fund management registration dates.

2.	Information about Society’s registered and paid volume of share capital 

has been updated.

3.	Amendments in Parex Asset Management IPAS board of directors and council 

staff were taken.

4.	The information about investment certificates’ distributors has been 

specified.



The above-mentioned changes will not influence the fund investment portfolio 

and its investors. The prospectus of the fund is available from the official 

website of the Riga Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com) and on the website of 

“Parex Asset Management” IPAS (www.parex.lv).
