Real estate sale



Today, AB Baltic Property Trust, a subsidiary of Baltic Property Trust A/S, 

has sold the administrative building located at Dominikonų g. 5, Vilnius.



Yesterday, Baltic Property Trust Estonia AS, a subsidiary of Baltic Property 

Trust A/S, signed the preliminary sale and purchase agreement of real 

estate located on Tina 9, Tallinn, Estonia. 



Dominikonų g. 5 was acquired by Baltic Property Trust (BPT) in 2001 and 

Tina 9 was acquired in 2003. Both properties have since been valued 

investments. However, as part of a larger strategy to consolidate the BPT 

portfolio the decision has been made to sell both buildings at a time when 

market conditions are favorable.
