CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

 

On 15.10.1999 AS Merko Ehitus and Sikupilli Kaubanduse OÜ made an 

agreement for construction of hypermarket and parking house at Tartu 

Rd. 87, Tallinn. The hypermarket will be operated by Hansafood, a 

company owned in equal parts by SOK Corporation (owner of Prisma stores 

in Finland) and German company Co Op Schleswig-Holstein e.G.

 

Price of the contract is 101.7 million EEK plus VAT. Construction will 

start within 10 days and should be completed by September 2000.
