NEW PROPOSAL FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS



According to the new proposal for payment of dividends, the shareholders 

of AS Merko Ehitus will vote on 12.04.2000 annual general meeting on 

draft proposal to pay dividends for year 1999 in the amount EEK 0.90 

per share.



On 09.03.2000 the Management Board made a proposal to pay dividends in 

the amount EEK 0.40 per share.
