CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On November 22nd 2002 AS MERKO EHITUS and OÜ TERVISE PARADIIS concluded

a contract for construction works of Hotel-Water Center (address Side 14,

Pärnu). 

Total area of the Hotel-Water Center will be circa 22 000 m2.

Price of the contract is EEK 170 000 000 (10 864 953 euros), plus VAT. 

Building will be opened within March 2004.
