CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On February 3rd 2004 AS Merko Ehitus and OÜ Admirali Maja concluded

a contract for design- and construction works of the business, office 

and dwelling at 6A Ahtri Street.

Price of the contract is EEK 170 000 000 (10 864 953 euros), plus VAT.

Completion time for the works is set on spring 2005.
